improve on personal hygiene part 2

It is great importance to wash your hair because the most heavily contaminated part of our body. Thus, shampoo your hair regularly and wash based on your hair type. Shampooing of hair should be followed by warm water to remove excess shampoo. Deodorant should be followed right after bathing as it kills any bacteria that result in bad smell. Also, it prevents sweating which is one of the causes for body odour. There will be a need to apply deodorant repeatedly because of the activities you engaged in. Especially if the activities you are involve in, prompt the body to sweat. Another key to good personal hygiene is to brush your teeth twice a day and flossing too. This will help to remove any particles that can result in bad breathe.
