poor personal hygiene part 2

Most importantly, our hands get in contact with a lot of surfaces. Hence, when one does not wash their hand regularly and thoroughly it increases the chances of foodborne illness and other diseases. Also, it is a simple and common medium for microbes to travel or transferred from one place to another. One of the key reasons for cross-contamination is when switching from raw to cooked food, failing to wash the hands. A very common poor personal hygiene practiced by many workers. Moreover, the need to wash your hair and face is also a key to good personal hygiene. Hence, when one does not cleanse the face regularly it can cause skin infection which is classified as poor personal hygiene. Since, staff should be free of this. Poor personal hygiene does not only increase risk of getting diseases and illness but also gives a bad reputation to the company. Thus, this will lower the customer sales and soon enough it can lead to closure of food 
establishment.
