Poor principles of personal hygiene and the potential problems related to them.

1)Wearing personal accessories during handling of food. This can be a potential health hazard as it may drop into the food and become lodged in the upper esophagus and cause choking when consumed.

2) Using the same gloves to handle food and collect money. This can cause cross-contamination and lead to foodborne illness.

3) Not washing the hands before handling food: This may cause pathogens being transferred from the hands to the food and will lead to foodborne illness.

4) Coughing or sneezing into food.This may cause contamination of the food which may lead to foodborne illness.


5) When washing hands, a good routine includes removing accessories.

6)Since body develop germ and collect dust and sweats, good personal hygiene is to bathe regularly each day.
