Practices to ensure an appropriate degree of personal cleanliness

1) Keep fingernails short,clean and free of nail varnish
2) Wash hands thoroughly before handling food and wearing any gloves
3) Clean protective clothing and hat are to be worn when handling food and it should not be worn outside food premises
4) Wash hands in between handling raw and cooked food to prevent cross-contamination
5)Dispose of gloves when soiled
6)Wounds should be completely covered with detectable water proof plaster
7) Refrain from coughing and sneezing when handling food
